Care plans that keep things running

Automations stop quietly: a login expires, an app changes, a model gets updated. We watch your runs, fix what breaks and improve what’s slow, every month.

Nothing you automate stays finished. Logins expire, apps change their rules, a model gets swapped. Someone has to be watching.

Every month

Faults found early, fixed and logged

Runs are watched all month. Faults are cleared and written down, changes come out of your hours, and a short report closes the month.

Changes

Ask for a change. It comes out of your hours.

Raise it in a line. We scope it, make it and count it against the month. Nothing gets built that you did not ask for.

Report

You see every fault and what we did

One page a month: what was watched, what failed, what we changed and how much of your hours the changes used.

Two plans

Keep it running, or keep it improving

Care plans run from $500 a month. The price moves with the systems we cover and the hours of improvement each month. See how we price.

  • Maintain

Everything we built, or you already run, watched and kept working.

    • Monitoring and failure alerts
    • Fixes to what breaks
    • Login and key renewals
    • A short monthly report

Questions

Quick answers

Open any question

Why do automations break?

Because the things around them change. A login expires, an app updates how it connects, a model is replaced, a form gets a new field. The automation did not change, but what it talks to did. Monitoring catches it the day it happens, not the day someone notices.

What does a care plan cover?

Maintain covers monitoring and alerts, fixes to what breaks, login and key renewals, and a short monthly report. Maintain and enhance adds set hours each month for changes, such as a new step, a new field or a new report.

How much does a care plan cost?

Care plans run from $500 a month. The price moves with the systems covered and the hours of improvement you want each month. You see it in writing before anything starts. See how we price a job.

Can you look after something someone else built?

Yes, after a written review. We read how it runs, what is fragile and what is undocumented, then tell you whether to look after it as it is, repair it first or rebuild it. You decide, with a price in front of you.

Do you look after Zoho as well?

Yes. A care plan can cover your Zoho setup alongside n8n workflows and AI agents. For how Zoho support works day to day, see Zoho support.

What happens when a run fails?

The run is retried first. If it still fails, an alert reaches us, we fix the cause and log what happened. The fix shows up in your monthly report, so you see every failure and what we did about it.

Do I need a care plan?

No. After a build you can run it yourself with the handover pack, or hand it to someone else. A plan is for when you would rather not be the person who notices it has stopped. See how we work.

How do I start a care plan?

Enquire and say what you run. We reply within 2 business days with a couple of questions. If it looks right, the first step is a written review, then a plan with one price.

Tell us what needs watching every month

A few lines is plenty. We reply within 2 business days with a couple of questions and a suggested plan.
