How we work · New Zealand
Nothing starts until you say yes
How we work, in short: a written scope and one price, a build tested on your own data, and a handover pack at the end. Then we keep it running, if you want us to.
You get a written scope and one price, and you decide. That’s the whole sales process.
Method
Five steps, and a document after each
You can stop after any of them. Care is the only step that carries on, and only if you ask for it.
Look first.
We watch how the work really flows before we draw anything.
In writing
Five things we put in writing
-
A scope and one price before any work starts.
-
A handover pack with every build: diagram, runbook and logins.
-
The workflows, and the accounts they run in, are yours.
-
No access to your systems unless it is agreed for the project.
-
A reply within 2 business days.
Ownership
You own it. We only borrow access.
What is yours stays yours. What we hold, we hold for the project, and we write it down.
Questions
Quick answers
Open any question
What happens after the build?
You get the handover pack and your team takes it over, or we keep it running under a care plan. Nothing is automatic: a plan only starts if you ask for one.
Who owns the workflows?
You do, along with the accounts they run in and the data that moves through them. The handover pack lists where everything lives, so another firm or your own team can pick it up.
Do you need access to our systems?
Only what the project needs, agreed with you in writing before we start. Access for one project is not access for the next.
How long does a project take?
The scope says, before you commit. A focused fix is quick to schedule. Larger systems run in stages, each with its own written scope and fixed price, so you never sign for the whole thing at once.
What if the scope changes halfway?
We write the change down and price it before we make it. Nothing is added to your bill without a yes from you.
Can I take your audit to another firm?
Yes. What we write is yours, and it is written so another firm or your own team can build from it. We would like to build it, but that is your call.
Where do you work from?
New Zealand, and mostly remotely, so Australia and further afield work the same way.
How do I start?
Enquire with a few lines about what is slowing you down. We reply within 2 business days with a couple of questions and a suggested next step. If it is a fit, an automation audit is the usual first step.
